Sensei Ashley Wilch — 3rd Degree Black Belt

Sensei Wilch began martial arts at age 12, reluctantly trying a class her parents insisted on. “After that first class, I absolutely loved it,” she recalls. Today, she leads one of USSD’s top-performing dojos in Temecula and inspires young students—especially girls—many of whom show up to tournament with her signature French braid to be “just like Sensei Ashley.” She values USSD’s family atmosphere and cherishes sharing milestone moments in training with her friends and fellow instructors. Her advice: “Recognize and embrace the fact that your motivations will change over time. Constantly look for what will motivate you in the art next.”
